We had Thanksgiving at our house this year with Sean's parents and his brother's family. Dinner went off without a hitch, even though I forgot to take the turkey out of the freezer until the day before and almost forgot to make mashed potatoes. Bob and Carol came over mid-morning and Carol helped a lot with getting the turkey and stuffing ready (did pretty much all of it). Besides cooking, we spent the day playing Carcassonne, eating, and visiting.
Papa - this is what Fiona calls Sean's dad even though no grown-up ever referred to him as that before she started doing it - decided it'd be fun to bang on the pan with Fiona.
Fiona wanted to wear the second apron that Grandma brought over for me. She liked the stripes and stars.
