On Friday afternoon we colored eggs, and also used crayons and stickers to decorate them. After we finished up with the eggs Fiona decorated Grandma Rose.
She closed her eyes on purpose for the picture.
Then it was time to play blocks so they built a giant tower and a road to walk on.
This was follow by play-dough time. We used the cookie cutters to make shapes and created a play-dough bowling alley.
On Sat (Sean’s birthday), Fiona took Donna, Grama and Papa to the playground to go swinging.
Then it was back to the house to play with her car and draw with chalk on the driveway.
On Sunday morning we blew bubbles outside and looked at the fountain. As we were sitting outside with the bubbles, Fiona decided she wanted to go to the playground so she looks at us and says “Fiona and Grandma Rose go playground. Bye.” Then takes off across the yard to the playground, never looking back. We didn’t have anything else to do, so we all went to the playground again.
After all the excitement of hunting for Easter baskets and eggs was over, Donna and Fiona decided to hang out on the couch with Charlie Brown while dinner was being made.
Donna had to leave Monday morning so she couldn’t go to the zoo with us, but maybe some other time..
