Another favorite saying is “Mama/Daddy hold you” meaning “Mama/Daddy, I
want you to hold me.” We’re teaching her
to say me instead of you and she’s starting to pick up on it.
We were playing with bubbles outside on Sunday morning when
Fiona decided that she wanted to go to the playground so she turns and says to
us “Fiona and Grandma Rose go to playground. Bye!” Then she took off towards the playground and didn’t
look back. My mom asked if “Mama and
Auntie Donna could go too?” She was cool
with that.
Then later in the day, after Sean mowed the yard, she wanted
Sean to her hold, but he told her he couldn’t because he was dirty from mowing
the yard. So she looks at him and says “Daddy
thank you mowing yard and getting dirty.”
