Christmas 2012

We didn't travel anywhere for Christmas this year since I am very pregnant.  My mom and sister came to visit starting the Sunday before Christmas and Sean's parents and brother's family are local so we still got to spend Christmas with most of our family.  Donna stayed until the Saturday after Christmas and Mom is staying until Jan 12th, hopefully until after the baby is born.  On Christmas day, after church and breakfast, we opened presents from the people staying in our house, played some and then Fiona took a nap.  When she woke up everyone else had arrived.  We had a nice turkey dinner, opened gifts from Grama, Papa, Auntie Jennifer, Uncle Chris, Caitlin, and Sean's Grandma Shuboy, sang Happy Birthday to Grama Carol, and had cake and ice cream plus pie for dessert.

Making a blue tree with purple ornaments and star with her new Play-Doh that Santa left in her stocking.  She also got some Play-Doh cookie cutters from Santa and Auntie Donna that she'll play with for hours.

Family pictures in front of the tree.

Amazing how much difference a year makes in how gifts are opened.

A long video of (mostly) Fiona opening her gifts.  I love how she identified one of the gifts as "a thing" and "this" when we asked her what she got.

Admiring her new shirt from Uncle Leo and Auntie Tracy.

Looking at the 2012 picture book with Grandma Rose.

Aiming for Donna with her "Hole-y Cow" ball shooter.

Opening a shared present with Caitlin.
