Berries!

Our mulberry tree has tons of berries so almost every day Fiona's been wanting to go pick some mulberries...mostly just to eat.  I think this weekend we'll pick one big patch so I can make some jam too.

While Fiona was picking berries (well one of the times she was picking berries), Ava practiced sitting on the blocks by the sandbox and picking up pine needles and other little things off the ground.

We also went to pick strawberries last Friday (6/13) at a local u-pick farm with Auntie Jennifer and Caitlin.  The weather was beautiful...70s, some sun, a slight breeze...plus it wasn't too busy and the girls were great helpers.  We only had to reign them in a couple of times for wandering too far away.
