My Little Artist

Fiona loves doing art projects, which can be anything from painting to cutting to gluing to something elaborate involving more than one of these skills, and since Grandma Rose was here recently she got to do one almost every day (and pictures were taken!).

She loves to practice writing her name (and mine, and Ava's and Daddy's).  Not exactly art, but great nonetheless. 

A couple of days before Christmas Fiona announced that she wanted to make a person art project.  So we asked what she meant and she explained pretty much step-by-step what she wanted.  My mom helped her a little, but she did most of it by herself.

You can't tell from the picture because the flash was on, but we found Fiona coloring by the tree lights (no overhead light).
