2 parents, 2 kids,16 days and over 4000 miles!!

Here's the overview of our awesome family Spring Break trip, combined with a work trip for me for part of it.  The girls were great travelers, especially Ava who's still rear-facing so no movies for her.  Lots of Pink Panther (her request) for Fiona!  We left Friday, Apr 4, after Sean got off work to drive to St. Louis.  We spent Saturday in St. Louis with Sean's parents, who were driving back from Texas, and then drove to Limon, CO on Sunday.  Monday we drove to Denver and stayed there until Thursday for my work trip.  Thursday after I was done with work (shortly after lunch) we drove to Grand Junction, CO and then drove to Las Vegas on Friday.  We stayed with Uncle Charlie and Aunt Dorothy in Las Vegas until Monday morning, when we drove to the Grand Canyon and then onto Sedona, AZ.  We stayed in Sedona until Thursday morning, drove to Amarillo, TX on Thursday, from Amarillo to St. Louis on Friday and from St. Louis to home on Saturday.  It was a lot of driving, but we split it pretty evenly, and stayed a couple days in most locations so we weren't driving every single day.  I have a bunch of pictures too, so I'm going to make a couple more posts for the St. Louis, Denver, Las Vegas and Sedona portions of the trip.
