I took Ava - and Fiona tagged along - to her 15 month checkup today. She's right on track so it was a short visit, except for the wait to get in to actually see the doctor.
At 15 1/2 months Ava has 9 teeth (3 top, 6 bottom), can walk, crouch, climb up stairs, scoot/bump down stairs (with supervision), eats table food, nurses/has a bottle before naps and bed, sleeps about 14 hours per day (10-12 hours at night and then 1-2 naps), understands instructions, says a few words (mostly "dat," "dare," mama, and a few others now and then), talks in a conversation in words that I can't understand, plays peek-a-boo, likes swings and rides, can mimic others, likes to play with her sister, LOVES to open and close doors, and enjoys listening to short books especially before bed.
She's 30.5 inches tall and weighs 24.4 lbs.
