There were awards, 50/50 raffle, food, music, and a couple of fun bowling games. We let Fiona and Caitlin bowl on their own lane instead, with the bumpers and the bowling slide. Caitlin lasted 7 frames before she got tired of it. Fiona bowled 2 games, and wanted to bowl more, but we had to get going to run some errands before naptime.
Ava had a ball dancing to the music. She was more animated before I got out my camera (of course), but this captures some of it. Hopefully she wasn't listening to the words...
There was so much food to choose from!
She liked the air blower.
Both girls had 6# balls and both carried them from the ball rack to the slide each time they bowled. It was funny because both balls were exactly the same, yet they kept track of which ball was "theirs."
Away it goes!
The ball didn't get enough speed so it'd go straight most of the way and then curve towards the end, for most of the throws.
