Pumpkin Picking and a Surprise

On Sunday, we tried out a different place to go pumpkin picking this year, Monnin's Farm.  It was a lot smaller and less commercialized than other places, plus had apples and lots of other veggies.  Lynd's is still my favorite, but I like it better than Young's.

We walked to the U-Pick patch from the store area. 

Well, Fiona and Sean ran part of the way. 

Ava, very sweetly, wanted to hold my hand while we were walking, 

She walked most of the way back also.

After we were done getting our pumpkins, and apples and other veggies, Sean and I decided to make a second stop, since it was such a nice day, but we kept this one a surprise.  We then drove out to Young's Diary, which was CRAZY busy, for a late lunch and some ice cream.  I had pumpkin and cinnamon (one scoop each), which is one of my favorite combinations, but only available in the fall.  The girls had fun feeding the goats and climbing on stuff.
